SJC Chess for Kicks has been running a number of years now with qualifying heats in different areas of the country leading to qualification to a National Final. The final of this event is currently the only Scottish National Junior individual Championship & we are keen to make this an inclusive event with as many opportunities for qualification as possible.
To do this we want to encourage other established & new events to award qualification places for the Chess for Kicks finals to their junior prize winners.
