Only only has to look at the examples of Germany and Spain for a warning of what happens when people congregate too early.
I'd like to think SCT are not the only option as CS are organising tournaments as well :p
On thermal scanners. They are only effective when the person already has symptoms. They are contagious before that and don't have a temperature. Not a bad idea but...
