Richardson Cup 1922-1923
The Richardson Cup final was played at Edinburgh CC on Saturday, 10th March against the Central CC from Glasgow, the latter club having convincingly defeated Glasgow CC in their semi-final match. Edinburgh was still considered to be the favourite, although Central had won the Richardson once before, in 1914.
