Scottish Championship 1915

The thirty-second annual congress of the Scottish Chess Association was held in Glasgow between December 31st, 1914 and January 4th 1915, when the championship secured an excellent entry, including W. Gibson, the holder, and two ex-champions, J.A. McKee and J. Borthwick. The result was a triple tie, in which none of these three had a place—the joint-victors being H.K. Handasyde and P. Wenman, of Edinburgh, and C. Wardhaugh, of Glasgow; Gibson being, however, only a ½ point behind.
