Laurence Oliphant Pitblado

Mr Pitblado played on the Stirling team that lost the final of the 1937 Spens Cup.

Stirling CC have lost an old and valued member by the death on Friday of last week of L.O. Pitblado, a regular member of their team, and a keen enthusiast. Mr Pitblado was a retired mining engineer, and an authority on the antiquities and early history of Scotland.
