Walter Hood Thompson

From the BCM 1938, p 236: I have received news of the recent death of W.H. Thompson. Although he has not been very active lately, he was at one time a collaborator with A.C. White, especially in the production of that masterpiece, Les Tours de Force, the classic task-problem book.
