how do I reset my password from a 13 character one to one I can remember ?

Log on
Go to the User Control Pamel tab at the top
Then to the profile tab at the top of the page generated
Finally you can choose the third option (Change setting or something) on the left hand side.
You might still have difficulties as one character passwords are not allowed

Snowhiteandthesevendwarfs
Thats only 8 characters

How about S.N.C.L there are a Few Characters there.
