Free Chess Curriculum - hamish olson - 12-02-2016 May or may not be useful but I came across this and I tend to find chess.com stuff to be pretty good (also it's free!). I've looked at the sample and it seems like it's decent quality. https://www.chess.com/article/view/free ... ts-coaches Re: Free Chess Curriculum - PeterReidSmith - 12-02-2016 Interesting thanks. Having a standard curriculum, checklists, levels etc is a good idea (across CS in general). I'm just started to dip my toe into the field of helping out schools, so would be interested in anything we've "standardised" in this area. I'm already rather fond of the approach in Silman's book which I think has a lot of potential in general: http://www.amazon.co.uk/SILMANS-COMPL-E ... s+endgames Re: Free Chess Curriculum - Andy Howie - 13-02-2016 http://www.webster.edu/documents/spice/chess-training-guide.pdf Re: Free Chess Curriculum - JMcNicoll - 13-02-2016 http://shop.chess.co.uk/DGT-Chess-Train ... b03984.htm |
