An update from the organisers --
As last year, that was only ever announced on the day after the previous pool ended, because we have to wait until the previous division is completed before assigning the new pools, to ensure that we don't have any problems with timezone, and that the pools are of broadly equal strength.

The Olympiad website says :=
Pools allocation for Division 3 will be done as soon as the Division 4 final results are approved by FPP, not later than Tuesday, 24 August, 8 pm UTC.

(+1 loss by default - due to slight pairing mix-up)

Scotland rested their top players against Nigeria and ‘only’ won 4-2.
Against UAE, Jakob agreed a 4 move draw against 1500 player. Not sure what happened there.
With Wales beating Angola, Scotland set to top their qualifying group. Angola up next.
