He did, there were two interviews on slightly different subjects and in one he also criticised another decision by the appeals committee regarding an arbiter decision. It's weird that phones are allowed for media purposes (on application) but not sim cards although I see some logic in this. If the phone disappeared once it was out of its owner's control then that information could become very vulnerable. I understand exactly why they want to keep their sim cards!!
