I haven't been able to find anything on the SNCL or CS websites - does anyone know what, if any, the rules concerning board order are?

If my memory's right, players within 50 points of each other can swap order.

Your memory is correct:
Quote:5. Players within a team must play in strict grading order. However, a 50pt interchange is acceptable if discussed with arbiter.
