After the Arbiters' Committee Meeting last month it was agreed that we try and run a FIDE Arbiter seminar in June run by new CS Principal Arbiter and IA Alex McFarlane.
Anyone interested please get in touch with either Alex or myself. Please note that for anyone passing the rules part of the FIDE Arbiter this will also count as a pass in the Chess Scotland Arbiter system, but they will still need to show that they understand the CAA pairing rules published in the Chess Scotland rules book (a new version should be available online shortly) and get the normal satisfactory report(s) to get the CS Arbiter title.
