Does a vote for the President mean support for the rest of their ticket? Or would it be possible to vote for individual candidates from both tickets?

In a nutshell, the board called a vote of confidence in the President and Nigel Short, the FIDE Delegate, the vote of confidence was rejected 5-2 for the president and approved 2-0 for the FIDE Delegate
