Go daddy was around £70 net of refund including .co and .com for 2 years and 5 emails + up to 1000 pages - The reason I like it is I control my own content and hosting + it has ready made templates to change as you see fit - not sure what your budget is like but as I said have a look at gilliesandco.co.uk even for comparing - I do agree you get what you pay for though.
