My recollection from the last time I read the Glorney rules is that no substitutions are allowed. That will still be the case unless a change was agreed at the pre tournament meeting of the 4 competing nations in 2012 or 2013.
Your question also applies of course to the Glorney team - which is played over 5 boards.
