As Andy says, I don't think even if the law changed that it would be applied retrospectively - UKCC still screwed. Hopefully someone will take over the same role as UKCC and just call it a different name but it's too late for Mr Basman I suspect.

Perhaps David Congleton can fit it in between his other jobs?
