It does appear that Scotland's last round 4-0 helped the USA win the Olympiad.
They were King Makers!
Plan A for the 2018 Olympiad.
Andy, drug those other four, tie them up and dump them in the hotel cellar.
Give their passports to four look alike 2700+ GM's and bring them back.
