there are no longer three junior posts as per the new constitution 

the schools development post no longer  exists. In its place is the youth development officer (not a junior post) who will report directly to the admin director.

The directors roles are all specified under the new constitution and will be expanded on. 

I am personally excited to see how the new directors and officers will develop these roles over the new year.

Hi Ian, firstly when you go to the Junior page on the website it still shows the THREE roles.
Secondly, I was making a point that already one junior post  had been diminished along with a load of junior events and now it's proposed to diminish another to give one person a heavy workload or are yet more events going to be stopped? Which will be a shame.
