If it is the tournament held after the SNCL last it is a CS event under the auspices of Chess Scotland and under the control of the Home Director ( I found this out the hard way two years ago ) Ken Stewart has kindly agreed to run it again this year after being asked to do so at the last Mann Comm meeting. Ken runs it as he sees fit. There is no need for an AGM to have a motion in this manner. If I dont have a team to play for this year I will help him with the dog work
