I've made all the Manifesto Topics "Sticky", meaning they stay at the top of the "General Chess Chat" area irrespective of when the last post in them was made. This should allow everyone access to them between now and the AGM.
So far there are three that I can see that have topics of their own:
David Congalton
David Deary
Calum MacQueen
Please let me know if I've missed any and I'll sticky them as well.
