I have bought this, got the manual, watched videos but I am still not getting the best out of it. I am looking for a chess coach to improve my skills. My grading is down badly this year and I wish to stop further decline.

Andy, in my experience those who play ICCF (I used to but no longer do) tend to have most experience with databases (and engines). You might try to contact David Kilgour or Iain Mackintosh and ask if they know somebody local to you who could offer their expertise.
