well actually that was not true but there will be some imbibing going on as well as 5 rounds of competative chess. Come along and see miracles of chess; Robin buying a round, David refusing a drink and me winning a game. All very unlikely but hey you never know! :U

I spoke to Paul MacDonald yesterday, he fully intends playing at the Marymas. This would be a tremendous achievement given what Paul has suffered in the past three months. Great news. =)

You couldn't see your way to phoning up Sa...ahem..burys and tell them that Robin has the dreaded lurgi and can't work on Sunday as scheduled. Hopefully he may be just fit enough to drag himself in to his local chess tournament if he recoveres miraculously on the Sunday morning.
