  SNCL board order rules?
Posted by: andyburnett - 24-02-2014, 05:04 PM - Forum: General Chess Chat - Replies (4)

I haven't been able to find anything on the SNCL or CS websites - does anyone know what, if any, the rules concerning board order are?

  Chess Scotland Equipment
Posted by: David G Congalton - 20-02-2014, 03:25 PM - Forum: General Chess Chat - No Replies

When the Chess Scotland equipment is not being used at events or in transit between two event organisers, I have it stored away.

Anyone looking to borrow the equipment for a tournament should contact me and I can let them know if the equipment is available and where it can be collected from. My contact details can be found on the coaches pages of the Chess Scotland webiste -

<!-- m --><a class="postlink" href="http://www.chessscotland.com/membership/CoachList.htm">http://www.chessscotland.com/membership/CoachList.htm</a><!-- m -->

A little bit of notice is helpful, as sometimes there can be a couple of events around the same time and I can look at how best to accommodate everyone's requests.

There are some events missing from Grand Prix chart calculations. This may be related to the recent website server upgrade.

Will update here when we think things are showing normally again.
