I have bought this, got the manual, watched videos but I am still not getting the best out of it. I am looking for a chess coach to improve my skills. My grading is down badly this year and I wish to stop further decline.

  Castlehill Allegro
Posted by: Keith Rose - 17-02-2025, 09:14 PM - Forum: Tournaments and Events - No Replies

2025 marks the 50th anniversary of the first incarnation of Castlehill Chess Club. To celebrate this milestone the club is running a one day/6 round allegro on Saturday 21st June.

We hope that past as well as current members will take part, reconnect with old friends and meet some new.

This event is not limited to Castlehill/ex-Castlehill members – all are welcome to join us in this celebration.

The club's usual premises (Dundee Uni Chaplaincy Centre) are not available but we have secured a quality alternative for the day. It is situated close to the Dundee bypass (Kingsway) with plenty of free parking.

Full details are in the CS Calendar and on the Castlehill Allegro website

The contact for this is Daniel Coleman danielcastlehill@outlook.com
