AGM Login failures - Mobiles

I have been informed that there are problems when logging out to the AGM voting pages.
After the Dashboard there is NO option for MEMBERS ONLY and thereby not able to register and vote from this option.
I have also checked this from my mobile and get the same missing Members Only tab.
