I am unable to get to AGM but would.ike to exercise my right to vote, particularly on the motions being presented.
Is there an electrinic form for doing this, or will an ordinary email do. Such an email would need to nominate someone to vote for them , and as directed.

I would have said it would be Andy Howie as Exec Director but not 100% sure. If not Andy, I'm sure he would point you in the right direction.

I think you can send proxies to whoever you nominate to cast them for you, and may also need to notify Andy Howie, or the chairman that you have appointed a proxy voter.
Alternatively you can authorise the chairman to sat your cast the votes for you as you direct.
