I'm really not impressed with this at all.

Another reason why I hate computer generated draws!

Wasn't there a case a few years ago of an American brother and sister being drawn together in a tournament in Scandinavia? And the result was a 14-move capture-less stalemate?

No such nonsense from the Burnett boys - that was as far from a peaceful draw as it gets. Highly entertaining and full credit to Andy for pressing on after missing a much easier win (well so Houdini tells me). I reckon even Tania would have been impressed.

Andy B doesn't need to prepare - he plays all his mates.

I can't speak for Andy but I do mine to wind down at the end of the day. Can be quite cathartic.

I get home about 9pm and analyse the game/write the blog from about half 10 til midnight Smile
I can't sleep if there are still big questions hanging around my head from my day's game, so writing the blog helps in that respect.

Long days (I'm travelling for nearly 5 hours per day) but it's been fun so far and I've also got through 2 novels on the bus already this week Smile
