Morning all,
There seems to be a strange problem with the GCL website
www.glasgowchess.com. Managed to rule out the server and browser which leaves only ISP and DNS.
If you are unable to see the site, would you mind replying on this thread with who your ISP provider is as I am beginning to suspect this could be ISP related.
I am on Talk Talk and have no issues, I can also see it on T-Mobile on my phone
Meant to add, Direct link to the server for people not seeing it is
http://www.aekphotography.co.uk/glasgowc...lcome.html
Cheers
Andy

Not able to access it here, am with BT and using Mozilla Firefox...
The connection has timed out
The server at www.glasgowchess.com is taking too long to respond.
The site could be temporarily unavailable or too busy. Try again in a few moments.
If you are unable to load any pages, check your computer's network connection.
If your computer or network is protected by a firewall or proxy, make sure that Firefox is permitted to access the Web.

Andy, I have access to multiple providers today...
I could access it via phone (TMobile) an hour ago but must have been cached as its page cannot be displayed now.
At home (BT) not working either.
Still working from Demon Internet (14:10)
Not working via Virgin.

If anyone can do a tracert
(cmd in the start menu) and type tracert http://www.glasgowchess.com
I am interested in the last two hops before it times out. Just been sent on one and it is getting stuck at 231.161.65.150
Starting to look like it has been blocked by some ISPs.

That's two the same. Two is a coincidence, can we get three suggesting a pattern...

I can’t open this page because: “Safari can’t … because the server where this page is located isn’t responding.”
BUT, I did subsequently access it, using the link you provided above, Andy!
