It's just you.
If I click "Grading - Processed Events", they appear on the left hand side of the page.
I get my kicks above the waistline, sunshine

So they do, but I was going in to grading then the results tree link at the bottom of that sub menu and 2015/16 does not appear when that is clicked. You would expect them to go to the same place.
Try that one and then tell me it's just me.

You would expect them to go to the same place. Not just you. That path took me here http://chessscotland.com/event2015/events2015.htm Tried it with and without logging in. Would hazard a guess that the link needs updated somewhere.

But as I said above, grading on the side menu and then result tree on sub menu that appears.

Thanks to John for pointing it out. The link is in the front page sidebars and has been overlooked - the danger of having time limited material on a website that requires an annual bit of human intervention. Will be updated shortly.
