I looked at your performance so far and wondered the same thing George I'm sure Andy or Alex will give you a 'proper' answer, but as far as I am aware it is theoretically possible. You would need opponents from at least 2 other federations, a minimum opponent's rating of 2230 and a rating performance of 2450+, plus play at least 3 IM's.
