Under the terms of the Constitution (12.3.1) the Statement of Accounts, audited, should presented for the membership and their approval.
Agenda item 5 indicates - "accounts to year ending 30 April 2024" but these have not been published.
There is no inclusion in the Annual Report from the Financial Director - is there a reason for this?

The Constitution clearly states
12.3. The business of the Annual General Meeting shall be
12.3.1. To receive the Annual Report of Chess Scotland, incorporating a Statement of Accounts for the previous financial year to a date as specified in the appropriate Operating Procedure, certified by an independent assessor of the accounts.
