Last results for round 2:

Glorney Bd 3: loss for Ian
Bd 4: loss for David

Glorney final score: England 4 - 1 Scotland

Faber Bd 2: loss for Alice

Faber final score: England 2 - 1 Scotland

So that's four defeats out of four matches this afternoon - disappointing, but no disgrace.

Tomorrow morning it's Wales v Scotland. The Welsh appear to be stronger than usual this year, so it's going to be another tough set of matches.

Very fine game from Daniel in the Glorney. Some really astute play.

Thought the other 4 all had chances in their games and were unlucky. Allthough I reckon they'll all be kicking themselves. Not too much I hope! :-)

Good results by the other teams and very close to matching a very strong England team with some fine individual results.

It's Wales this morning. Their results have surprised some people so far but they clearly are a force to be reckoned with, particularly their U14 side who have been impressive. There is bound to be a lot of very close, hard fought games over the four sections, good luck to everyone,

Robin.

Glorney website is showing yesterday's under 12 Scotland v England as a draw, with Kai Pannwitz winning his game. Unless, it's too early in the morning and I've misread it. I thought Scotland had lost all four afternoon games yesterday.

Liam Richmond is down as Liam Richards, can somebody down there ask Dave to correct. While there at it can they pass on my appreciation of the work he's doing there with the live boards, web etc.

Hope all the juniors enjoy today's games.

David,

Yes, there are quite a few errors. Donald is going to try and sort everything out today,

The incorrect results and spellings of names have now been corrected.

This morning's round (Wales v Scotland) is now under way.

Tomorrow's rounds start at 09:00 and 14:00 (not 09:30 and 14:30 as scheduled) - this is at the request of the Irish team, to ensure that they get to Birmingham Airport in time for their flight back to Dublin.
