Yes Andrew you are right, Gudi got a GM norm at the Scottish in 2009. Apparently he was the world u12 number 3, and has a plus score against Carlsen but I'm sure Mikey will do the business tomorrow

Ah yea of course it was the double rounder!
Shame about the result, Mikey hadn't seen that line in the benoni before and unfortunately went wrong. Think he has a FM today though, another good game!

Absolutely cracking scalp from Mikey G. He did it with some style too.
On a related note, it is shaping up to be quite a busy summer abroad for Scots, so could there maybe be a "Scots Abroad" section to keep up to date with how people are doing?
