Hi all,
Having spent far too long (unsuccessfully) trying to convert Streetfighting Chess to Kindle format, I was hoping that someone out there might be able to do it for me?
If you think you can help please contact me via PM: I can send you a sample chapter in pdf as a trial and discuss remuneration/etc.
If anyone wants to purchase a straightforward pdf copy of the book for their Kindle/e-reader/etc. please contact me also!
Kind regards,
Andy Burnett

There is a neat (and free) program called Calibre that converts books from one format to another - this includes .pdf to .azw formats. As with all these conversions sometimes the formatting goes slightly awry and you will then have to correct. It literally takes just a few minutes to convert and the demo video is very clear. The location is at:
<!-- w --><a class="postlink" href="http://www.calibre-ebook.com">www.calibre-ebook.com</a><!-- w -->
See if that works for you.

Chessbase 12 has new publishing features, including ebook. I haven't explored it much yet though.
I dunno much about ebook formats, but would it be worth a look?
Do you use figurine notation in your book?

I was thinking that figurines are notoriously difficult for scanning, or at least recognition, but then you'd have your original computer files before it went to print. Is it all in PDF or do you have another text format?
