As to how many of the changes will be adopted or not by various organisers remains to be seen.

That's just the laws,
The changes are here. Not so much whether or not they implement, more they need to have things in place if they are not! Classic example is 11.3b If Leagues don't discuss how they are going to implement this (or not) and have it in their rules you have the situation where a player turns up for his match, puts his phone on the table and his opponent claims the game!

Also within 11.3 b we have the " right to search" bags, clothes, other items and persons.
Hopefully a list of those with a latex intolerance will be available soon. Perhaps a box to tick beside a bye request could be inserted in the entry forms. :-
