“You state "In 2016 a new Constitution was in place and ALL director positions were reset to take effect going forward". Can you please also provide a link to where that is stated as I cannot find it.

Let me lay this out in more simplified terminology.

When the AGM approves any Constitution motion any and all motions are automatically replaced in their entirety effect from the date of the AGM passing the change. Be it a minor change, or a major change the effect is the same.

Hence my use of the term “reset”. Perhaps I should have quoted "in with the new and out with the old."

In 2015 AGM the Constitution was replaced, in its entirely, with a new constitution and passed under AGM vote.
In 2016 AGM then became the de-facto constitution from that date onwards and the preceding constitution is no longer valid.

You are fully aware of the ramifications of any constitutional change.

Yes, I can actually count but I think you may have misrepresented the methodical of a working Constitution.

This really sounds more like an attempt to stir muddy water in an otherwise clear pond.

Things are not the same when people do not like the answer they got. Then I suggest they should discuss it with someone they trust and who is neutral and consider the merits of escalating, what by then is seen as, a grievance.

The only answer I got was I wouldnt be getting any more discussion, so thats pointless all I wanted was an apology for how I was treated and I didnt even get that.
